Debuting Syrym.

Returning to the U.S. California to be specific... From the Ashes of a little known band that has existed from the late 8o's named "Babylon A.D.", came the band named "Syrym". Composing of a similar Hard-Rock as heard from the 80's, with an obvious modern inclusion, they have sprung back.

Releasing their self titled debut CD, shortly after the Babylon A.D. reunion tour last year. It has been only seen as an Independent release. Meaning mainstream store branches will not have it. Unless it is more Universal. CDbaby contains their debut, as well as Amazon.

But with their initial album, it follows true to the standard of 'used to be' band albums. Mostly containing songs of a 'build-up' type nature. But also having a few mellow songs spread between the major audio climax's. But if you are familiar with Babylon A.D., then you may already have a taste for what Syrym has to offer.

One can say that they have a near Post-Punk type sound. Or Glam that was made popular over recent years as trying to mimic the Hair-Metal and the general 80's sounding music.

Till next time.

Cheers.
